TLS Travel Services, LLC (known to many as TLS Travel) was founded by Atlanta native, Tameka Smith. After taking her second cruise back in 2003 and falling completely in love with life at sea, a simple idea sparked: “Why not help others experience this same joy?” By 2005, that dream set sail — and our cruise-only division became the official start of TLS Travel.

Tameka is a proud Certified Travel Associate (CTA®) through The Travel Institute — the gold standard in travel-industry education. This designation reflects years of hands-on experience, rigorous training, and a commitment to ongoing learning. Just like certifications in other respected professions, it represents her dedication to providing trusted expertise, high standards, and exceptional service to every traveler she serves.

Today, TLS Travel has grown into a full-service travel agency specializing in Caribbean and Mexico vacations, with an emphasis on cruises and all-inclusive escapes. And we’ve been expanding ever since! In 2022, we hosted our first group experience outside the Caribbean with an unforgettable journey to Dubai, and most recently, we explored the beauty, culture, and history of Ghana. And trust — this is only the beginning.
