Why should I use TLS Travel for my travel plans?

TLS Travel is a full service on-line travel company that makes travel arrangements for individuals and groups.

We have relationships with hundreds of vendors, along with destination certifications in multiple locations. We also pride ourselves on professionalism and providing the package that meets your specific needs.

What are your hours of operation?

We are available via email (agents@tlstravels.com) throughout the and on weekends. Our phone hours are:

Monday - Thursday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm (est)
Friday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm (est)
Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We DO NOT accept cash or checks and all bookings and subsequent payments associated with your booking MUST be made online via the link on your invoice or our website.

What is your refund policy?

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable This is why we SUGGEST everyone purchase a Travel Protection Plan. Purchasing a travel protection plan can help recover some of your investment if your policy terms permit.

Do I have to make monthly payments?

You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel. You may also incur late fees and other applicable charges (refer to the Terms and Conditions).

Do you provide travel quotes for private trips?

Yes! We love creating custom itineraries for solo travelers, couples, and groups traveling to the Caribbean, Mexico, and Dubai. Contact us to make sure we service your destination of choice. Click Request A Quote to Pay your Non-Refundable Research Fee.

What happens if my roommate cancels their reservation?

If your roommate cancels their reservations, your account will be adjusted to the package price according to the new occupancy in your room. You will be responsible for finding a new roommate, unless otherwise noted by TLS Travel. Please use good judgment when selecting roommates.

When will I receive the full itinerary for my trip?

Full Itineraries are sent via email 30 days before departure.
